My payment failed. Now what?
Unfortunately this can happen, but don't worry! Our system has saved the order for you, so you don't have to create and place your order again if you tried to pay with iDeal. You can manually transfer the amount to IBAN: NL16RABO0126160392. As soon as the transferred money is in our bank account, we will prepare your order and you will receive it the next working day. It is possible that you receive your order 1 day later because of the banks.
Can I get free shipping and returns?
We use PostNL Parcels for fast and reliable shipping. The shipping costs are € 6.95 in the Netherlands, € 7.95 in Belgium and €7.95 in Germany. If your product has to be shipped abroad, we will charge you the applicable rates.
What payment methods are available at Avantisport?
At Avantisport you can pay with: Credit Card (Carte Bancaire, Maestro, Mastercard, Nex, Visa, Visa Electron and VPay), Paypal, SEPA bank transfer, and pin (debit card) at pickup.
How can I sign up for Avantisport?
To place an order at Avantisport, it is convenient to create an account, you can do this after you have completed your order. Of course you can also order as a guest, we will only ask for a minimum of information in order to be able to deliver the order correctly.
Where can I log in at Avantisport?
At the top right of your screen, you can click on 'Login'. In the login screen that appears, all you have to do is fill in the e-mail address and password that you specified when you registered. You can then place your order.
I have forgotten my password.
When you register at Avantisport, you will be asked to enter a password of your own choice. If you forget your password you can click on the link "Forgotten your password?” If you enter your e-mail address, we will send you a new password. If you wish, you can change this password once you have logged in again.
Where can I change my details?
If your details change, for example if you move house or get a new phone number, you can change this. Log in and here you can change all your details.
How can I remove my information?
Do you no longer want Avantisport.nl to keep your information? Please contact our customer service department by mail at info@avantisport.nl. We will permanently remove your information and send you a confirmation about this via email.
I do not see my size listed anymore.
Unfortunately we have to disappoint you. What we have live on the site is our current stock. Sometimes an article may be returned or exchanged. If this happens, your size will come back online. Keeping a close eye on Avantisport.nl is therefore a good tip.
Is there a search function at Avantisport.nl?
At the top you will find the bar in which you can enter your search query. Here you can search for example on a specific brand or category. In the results overview that appears you will find all the searchresults from your query.
Do the products come with a size chart?
If you click on a photo, a screen will appear with detailed photos and product and price information. When you move your mouse over the photo, you can take a closer look at the article. When you want to order a product, first choose the desired size. A drop-down box will appear with the sizes that are still available.
By clicking on 'Click here for size chart' a pop-up screen will appear, allowing you to retrieve the correct size information. If your size is not in stock, you can continue shopping. If the product is available in the right size, you can order it by clicking on the button.
What can I do if I am not satisfied with my item(s)?
You can make a complaint to us in the following ways.

- Contact our Customer Service team by telephone on 0172 470250.
You will receive a substantive response within 7 working days about the handling of your complaint.
Should you not be able to resolve the matter with our help, you always have the option of submitting a complaint to the Geschillencommisie Thuiswinkel. More information can be found on their website: www.sgc.nl . You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
For all conditions regarding complaints and returns, please refer to the general conditions or the detailed description of the returns procedure. You can also use the model form for withdrawal.
The legal guarantee applies to all articles you buy from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item that does not meet these requirements, we will offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Delivery information
The billing address will be the same address as stated on your account, but you can also choose to have your order delivered elsewhere (for example as a gift) and you won’t be charged extra costs by Avantisport. After you chose the desired delivery address, you can proceed by choosing the preferred delivery method.
Payment information
Depending on the delivery method chosen, a number of options will appear:
If you chose to "Pick-up on site”, then you welcome to collect your order at our office in Alphen aan den Rijn. Please note that you can only pay by PIN transaction (debit card) and will save yourself the € 5.95 (within the Netherlands) shipping charges.
Confirmation
We ask you to confirm your order (please check your ordering details) and if you want to make any changes you can do so by clicking on the Back button. If the order is correct, then you can proceed to the final step. Only now will the order be finalised and visible for Avantisport and can be processed.
Where can I collect my article(s)?
When you choose to pick up your order yourself, you automatically choose for a pin payment. Please note that you cannot pay in cash.
You can collect your order from Monday to Friday between 15.30 and 17.00 hours. We ask you to bring a copy of the order confirmation you received by e-mail.
We will hold the order in reserve for 7 days. Within that period the package must be picked up. After 7 days your order will expire.

When can I expect my package?
When you place an order at Avantisport on working days from Monday till Friday before 19.30 hours and pay your order via creditcard or Paypal, it will be shipped the same day and you will be able to wear the product the next day (except weekends and holidays). If you order from Friday 19.30 hours, and on weekends, your order will be processed on Monday and we strive to deliver on Tuesday. The above delivery times do not apply if you choose a manual payment option. The delivery will then take 2 to 3 working days longer.
Order
Once you have placed your order with Avantisport, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you have registered with. This will contain all the details of your order. As soon as we have received your payment, we will proceed with shipment.
Delivery
Please note that the courier will come to your door between 09:00 and 21:30 on working days. If no one is home, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup office. You can pick it up there up to one week after delivery.

Where can I find my customer number?
You no longer reqeuer a customer number in order to complete your return.
