24-HOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

At Avantisport we believe in all the benefits that shopping on the internet can bring you, such as easy and quick ordering process, no queues or crowded streets, but window shopping on your computer when and where you want to. That's why we think that our customers should receive their order as soon as possible.

When you place an order at Avantisport on weekdays from Monday to Friday before 6 PM CET and pay by iDEAL, credit card, Paypal, Gifdcards or Afterpay then we will dispatch that order on the same day and it will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and holidays). For orders that are placed after Friday 6 PM CET and on weekends; those orders will be processed on Monday and we strive that they will be delivered on Tuesday. The above delivery times are not guaranteed when you choose for a manual payment, then delivery can take up to 2 to 3 business days.

Avantisport is a member of the Dutch Home Shopping Organisation (Thuiswinkel.org) and was voted as best store in the categories Sneakers and Sports in 2010 and 2015. We are of course very proud of this title as well as on the fact that we’ve a Thuiswinkel Service Mark. Service is our highest priority and we therefore have free return service within The Netherlands for the convenience of our customers.

Order

If you've ordered at Avantisport, then we thank you for the trust you have put in Avantisport and strive to send you your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed at Avantisport, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you logged on with. This e-mail includes all data from the order placed by you and once payment has reached us, we will proceed to dispatch.

Delivery

Remember that you can expect the courier at your door on weekdays between 9 AM and 9.30 PM CET. When you’re not in, then you can pick-up your package at the nearest PostNL office the next day. At this site you’ll have up to one week to collect your order.
