Returning at Avantisport.com

At Avantisport we have a 14-day trial period, during which you have the time to make a final decision about your order.

If you receive the product ordered by you, but the size appears to be incorrect or the product is not what you expected, you have a period of 14 days to report this and another 14 days to return the product to us. Unfortunately, at Avantisport there is no possibility to exchange products, we advise you to make a new order for the desired item and return the other item.

If you wish to return more than one item from the same order, you must return all relevant items simultaneously, in one return shipment.

After dissolution of the sale we will refund the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs we charged you with for the initial shipment as soon as possible; no later than 14 days. If you only return part of the order, you will not receive the initial shipping costs we charged

We can wait refunding the money until we have actually received the goods, or until you have proven (by track and trace code) that you have returned the goods, or whichever comes first.

To judge the products you can ofcourse try them on like one is able to do in a physical shop. If we notice that the product has been worn or damaged, we have the right to charge you for the depreciation.

Note: hygiene products such as underwear are excluded from returning.

We kindly ask you to return the products with the original price tags and labels attached. When returning, please return everything in the original packaging (boxes, shoeboxes, plastic covers, etc.). Preferably do not use your own packaging materials and also be careful when unpacking the shipment!

On special occasions such as: Christmas, mother's and father's day etc. we will always deal flexibly with the aforementioned term, provided that the returned products meet the requirements as described in the Return process.

How do you report a return?

For domestic orders (shipped within The Netherlands) we offer a free way of returning the products, for foreign orders the costs of returning are on behalf of the buyer, the costs may vary per country and selected service, please consult your local parcel service.

After receiving your return we strive to process it within 2 days (except weekends and public holidays). The refund will take place within 14 days after your return notification.

In the case of defective goods, claims and incorrectly delivered goods, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, together we will find a suitable solution. In case of incorrect use of our free way of returning, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred or to reduce the amount to be returned.

FREE RETURN SERVICE (fordomestic orders only)

We at Avantisport find it important that our customers are pleased with their order(s). And in the case that you change your mind about your order, then we have a service that allows you to return these goods within The Netherlands free of charge. We aim to process your return(s) within two working days and at Avantisport you have three different ways which you can use to return your goods:

1. Freepost Number, only within The Netherlands

Within The Netherlands we offer a free way of returning your order by a freepost number which is mentioned on the return leaflet which came with your parcel. You can send your package at a PostNL office of your choice.

In case of abuse of this service we will charge you accordingly.

2. Send it yourself

If the option that is given above are not to your liking or you want to return the goods from abroad, then you can choose for your own shipping method. Please pay attention that if you do so, that it will be at your own expense and is sent, especially if you do not use a track and trace code (so called 3S-number), at your own risk.

3. Service Desk

As a last option you are of course always welcome at our service desk in Alphen aan den Rijn from Monday to Friday between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM CET. This is at the same address as listed above. If you still have a query about returning goods, please contact our customer services team at: info@avantisport.nl.

We will do our best to provide quick and good service, but in the case that you do have a complaint, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Please describe the complaint as accurately as possible and state the order number(s) of the item(s) concerned and your customer number as well.

You will receive a response to your complaint within 7 business days.

Right of withdrawal

For us service comes first and we are not satisfied until you are satisfied. If you bought something that doesn’t meet your demands then an exchange or refund will not be a problem. All purchases have a trial period of 14 days and within this timeframe you have the right of withdrawal, which means you may return the item(s) you received without any costs on your part apart from the return costs.

When you've completed the order, but not fulfilled your payment yet, you can contact our customer service if you want to cancel the order. If you already received the package you can return it to us by using the return form (attached to the delivery) and the undamaged and unused items can be returned as described on the return form, although you're of course allowed to fit the items. You can, in this case, get your money back within 14 ays on receipt of the returned goods by us. When the entire shipment is sent back to us we also refund the shipping and payment costs.

Because of hygiene we excluded underwear from this right (unless it’s in an unopened container).

 

Shipping information

When you place an order at Avantisport on weekdays from Monday to Friday before 18.00 PM CET and pay by Credit Card or Paypal we will dispatch the order the same day and it will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and holidays) in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders that are placed after Friday 18.00 PM CET and on weekends; those orders will be processed on Monday and we strive that they will be delivered on Tuesday.

We use PostNL Packages for our delivery services to ensure ourselves of fast and reliable shipping; €5.95 (NL), €6.95 (BE) and €7.95 (DE) is charged for shipping costs. In The Netherlands and Belgium we provide the option for pick-up at PostNL locations, we charge €4,95 (NL) and €5,95 (BE) for For other countries please check shipping info.
